Sinag Pilipinas Wins Gold in SEA Games Basketball Competition

Earlier, coach Norman Black assured Filipino fans that Sinag Pilipinas will do what it takes to take home the SEA Games basketball championship. “We’ll do what we’re here for – to win the championship,” said Black on the eve of the finale. “We have no room to be overconfident. There must be a reason why the Thais beat the Indonesians. They should be better,” he added.
Black was talking about the foiled finals encounter between the Philippines and hosts Indonesia which many have predicted. However, Thailand put a damper uch plans after defeating the Indonesians in the semifinals.
But Black assured fans his boys are ready. Against whichever team, coach Norman Black said the Nationals will still come out to finish the job and bring home the most precious medal.
