Djokovic Loses to Tipsarevic (VIDEO), Awaits Fate in ATP World Finals

It was only the sixth loss this season for Djokovic, the world number 1. And clearly, an amazing season of wins has taken a toll on the Wimbledon champion. Djokovic was exhausted. Though he dominated the match in the first set as expected, it was all downhill from there as Djokovic lost steam and could not match the game being played by his compatriot and friend, Janko Tipsarevic, 3-6 6-3 6-2.
Tipsarevic has already missed qualifying for the next round but he played a spoiler in this match. Now, Djokovic’s only chance of making it to the semis is if David Ferrer defeats Tomas Berdych. If Novak qualifies, he will meet Roger Federer in the semifinals scheduled on Saturday at London’s O2 Arena. (VIDEO CREDIT: YouTube)
