Nintendo Hacked But No Data Lost Unlike Sony Hacking
“There were no third-party victims,” Ken Toyoda, a spokesman for Nintendo, said. “But it is a fact there was some kind of possible hacking attack.”
This is the latest in a series of hacking attacks big-name brands, the most damaging of which was in Sony. It is still unclear who is behind these attacks but damage to Sony has been massive. Personal information, including email addresses, names and birth dates, and involving more than 100 million users are believed to have been stole.
