A P Million Hermes Bag for Dionesia Pacquiao?
On a more positive note, Mommy Dionesia is all excited about her upcoming birthday. She will be 67 (only?) on May 15 and, like in years past since Manny Pacquiao has hit the bigtime, a grand celebration is being prepared. Mommy Dionesia has been preparing a dance number and several gowns are lined up for the event.
“Sabi nila, gagawin nating parang prinsesa ka sa birthday mo,” the PacMom told ABS CBN. (I wonder how they’re going to do it because that’s one BIG challenge! Kidding!)
And guess what? Mommy Dionesia wants a special gift from Manny this year. She wants a Hermes bag! For those not in the know, a Hermes bag easily costs P1 million! How’s that for a birthday gift? She said she has wanted one ever since she saw the bag in here trip to the US a couple of years ago. Or is it ever since she saw her daughter-in-law Jinky bought several styles, at once!
No word yet from Manny Pacquiao if he’ll grant his mother’s wish but, chances are, he will. That’s just a drop in the bucket for the richest congressman in the Philippines. Expect Mommy Dionesia to be sporting a new Hermes bag on May 16.

One million pesos is too much for a bag, for anyone. And it’s not just because I can’t afford one. Oo, I admit, Herman Moreno bag lang ang kaya kong bilhin, hulugan pa! But at least, I don’t have to buy an expensive designer bag to cover my face!
