Miami Heat Wins Game 3, Leads Mavericks 2-1 (VIDEO)

Dwayne Wade gain led Miami with 29 points, ably supported by LeBron James and Chris Bosh, who scored the winning basket. James added 17 points and nine assists.
It was a crucial win for the Miami Heat after a meltdown in Game 2 saw the Dallas Mavericks steal victory in the closing minutes of the game from 15 points down. This time, with Miami again leading as Game 3 wound down, Dirk Nowitzki again went to work in bringing Dallas back. Would the Heat blow their 14-point lead in Game 3? Almost. Nowitzki scored 12 straight points – six free throws, a layup, a dunk and a tough jumper – tying it at 86. Then Bosh made a 16-foot, go-ahead jumper from the baseline with 39.6 seconds left give Miami the lead.
Nowitzki again mounted a come back. But this time, he was hounded all the way by Haslem and could not make an equalizer.
Game 4 will be in Dallas on Tuesday night and the Miami Heat will have a chance to win the NBA title the rest of th way in Dallas until Thursday’s Game 5. (VIDEO CREDIT: NBA.com)
