Manny Pacquiao Wins 2011 ESPY Award For Best Fighter

The winners were announced at the 19th annual ESPY Awards ceremony which aired on ESPN live from Los Angeles last night. Other winners include Dirk Nowitzki and Lindsey Vonn, who collected the two highest honors of the year – Best Male and Female Athletes, Jimmer Fredette as Best Male College Athlete, Rafael Nadal as Best Male Tennis Player, Serena Williams as Best Female Tennis Player and Rory McIlroy as Best Male Golfer.
Begun by cable sports channel ESPN in 1993, the annual ESPY Awards allows sports fans worldwide to join in an online vote for their favorites in such categories as Best Male Athlete, Best Female Athlete, Best Coach/Manager, and Team of the Year.
