Kobe Bryant in Manila on July 13, 2011: Tickets, Schedule of Activities

Kobe Bryant is coming to Manila, Philippines!
This is Kobe Bryant’s third visit to the country. His last visit to the Philippines was in 2009 also through Nike when he met met young basketball players from some Gawad Kalinga communities in Taguig City.
“Nike is proud to bring Kobe Bryant back to Manila,” Nike Philippines said in a statement. “In his last 2 visits, Kobe was able to connect with a lot of young Filipino athletes, encouraging them to fulfill their dreams through sport like he did.”
Kobe’s Manila visit this year will be very brief. He will only be here for 1 day. As such, there will only be a limited number of engagements: First is a brief personal appearance at Nike Park at The Fort at 3 PM. Then, the LA Lakers star will be whisked off to the Araneta Coliseum at 5 PM featuring players from Nike-sponsored Far Eastern University (FEU) Tamaraws, De La Salle University (DLSU) Green Archers, Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) Blue Eagles and Smart-Gilas Pilipinas.
Tickets for the event will be available as follows: Tickets will be distributed at Nike Park at The Fort and Titan at The Fort for 1 day only on July 2, 2011 starting 12 noon. Tickets are FREE and will be distributed on a firt come, first served basis, with each person receiving on two tickets.
Tickets will also be available through Facebook. Fifty (50) lucky community members of Facebook.com/Nikebasketball.phils will get a chance to win free tickets to see Kobe Bryant.
