Did Marquez cheat by stepping on Pacquiao’s foot? The ‘foot stopper’ happened six times during the Pacquiao Marquez III fight leading many to belive that Juan Manuel Marquez was playing dirty tricks on his opponent. Marquez eventually lost the fight on a majority decision which was booed in Las Vegas and criticized all over the world. But if Juan Manuel Marquez really tried to cheat Manny Pacquiao with his foot tricks, then he just deserves to lose.
