Djokovic Beats Federer in US Open 2011 Semifinals (VIDEO)
Novak Djokovic exacted sweet revenge on Roger Federer. At the French Open earlier this year, Federer stopped the Serbian ace, one of only two losses of Djokovic this year so far. Federer faced Nadal in the final but lost to the Spanish champion.
Roger Federer looked on the way to victory after winning the first two sets. It looked like the Swiss champion was going to repeat his French Open semifinal victory. But then, Novak Djokovic came back, refusing to lose again. But in the fifth set, Federer fought back and took the match to a tie-break. He even had two match points but failed to convert. Top-seeded Djokovic won 6-7 (7), 4-6, 6-3, 6-2, 7-5.
