Magnitude 7 Earthquake Rocks GenSan in Mindanao

A strong earthquake rocked General Santos City (GenSan) in Mindanao this afternoon. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the quake was a magnitude 7 and occurred at 2:57 PM.
