Scenic South Dakota is basically grass(alfalfa)and pasture farmlands sorrounded by badlands(non agri lands) that only serves as tourist destination. Its not ideal for housing project since the freezing weather esp in winter(-10 C) doesnt make it desireable place. Limited employment also makes it hard to survive unless you own a farm. It is about 80 kms from nearest city (Rapid City)..however….the solitude and peace and the scenic view makes it ideal for focused learning..away fr the noise, pollution, crowd and other distraction..I look forward for a learning institution built in Scenic for the children of INC members as well as non members like the New Era Univ. built in the town. A North American Central Office is also likely since it is centered on the continent of N. America serving the growing US and Canadian locales..Jobs? Nothing so far except farmwork and small tourism job. This is just my best guess being an INC member and also a simple observer of the unfolding events..5 years from now..it will be a vibrant town in S.Dakota run by INC administration….
