Cebu Dancing Inmates Bound For UK TV Show ‘It’s a Woman’s World’
“I have been to 60 countries and this has been the most incredible thing I’ve seen. I think this is a really good idea. I think there are some people who think it’s strange because the prisoners dance but I think anything that you can do to improve the morale of someone in prison means less chances for them to offend the law again,” said Camilla Andersen, director and presenter of the travel documentary.
The Cebu dancing inmates first gained world attention when they danced to Michael Jackson’s Thriller the video of which became a YouTube hit several years ago. The have produced several other “music videos” since then.
