According to witnesses, Ali Peek was clearing his stuff inside his car when someone came from behind and shot him. The unknown assailant immediately fled on foot. Despite his wound, Peek was still able to seek help from passerby who immediately took him to the hospital. According to coach Chot Reyes, Ali Peek was conscious and in stable condition as of this writing.
Police are investigating the incident. The police still have no clues about the possible motive in the shooting as the investigation is still ongoing. (VIDEO: GMA News)
