Who will win Miss Universe 2011? Who will score with the Miss Universe judges? Who will make it to the Top 16 semifinals? These are just some of the questions in pageant watchers’ minds as the 2011 Miss Universe pageant unfolds today. The 89 contestants in Brazil are now getting ready for the big event with only a few hours to go. The semifinalists have been chosen from the preliminaries and their names will be announced in a few hours. Who will it be?
Various predictions have been made. Online pageant sites have their own favorites. Miss Peru is currently the choice of one site while another prediction says Miss Ukraine will be it. Still another ‘expert’ says it will be Miss Malaysia or Miss USA. These will all depend on how they perform today and what the judges’ tastes are.
From the Top 16, the remaining Miss Universe 2011 candidates will be judges in their swimsuits. From this competition, the Top 8 results will be announced. Next will come the evening gown competition, and from this the Top 4 will emerge.
